The newly appointed Governing Member of the Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC), Hon. Funmilayo Olasehinde, has expressed her profound appreciation to the Honourable Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Dr. Adegboyega Oyetola, for facilitating her appointment.
Hon. Olasehinde described the appointment as a great honour and a call to service, pledging her unwavering commitment to contribute meaningfully to the growth and effectiveness of the Nigerian Shippers’ Council.
She assured the Minister that she would justify the confidence reposed in her and work diligently to support the objectives of the Ministry and the Council.
She further reaffirmed her dedication to professionalism, accountability, and service delivery in the discharge of her responsibilities, emphasizing that she would not disappoint the Honourable Minister and other stakeholders who have entrusted her with the role.
Hon. Olasehinde also expressed optimism that, under the leadership of Dr. Oyetola, the Marine and Blue Economy sector would witness significant transformation and sustainable development for the benefit of the nation.
